Hartlepool Marina

Hartlepool was a splendid and friendly marina. Where we were soon invited to the small craft club for an evening of Karaoke with reasonably priced beer. Thanks Dave and guy's. The Marina facilities were clean and pleasant to use. There is a fantastic maritime museum with a square rigged naval ship. There is also a large Morrisons and Asda's nearby and the Marina is surrounded by modern bars, bistro's and restaurants. These did not infringe on us at our moorings however and we had an exceptionally fine Thai meal at one of the restaurants.

Excellent Museum

Hartlepool, an absolutely excellent and friendly marina. If your lucky an invite to the small craft club is worth while. We ended up staying three days.

I now know. A good night & a shame about the volume/balance for your fiddling. We'll have to meet up again for a beer.
Cheers,
